I am certain they will help to advance our program into the next phase of our program's ongoing success."
Wilcox, a 2013 graduate of Aurora University, spent the 2016 season as an assistant coach at Hillsdale College and helped lead the squad to the program's best finish in school history with a 19-5 record in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play. She went to Hillsdale after spending her first two post-graduate years at her alma mater, Aurora, where she worked as a graduate assistant for the softball team.

A starting catcher, she was named the Northern Athletic Conference Player of the Year in 2013 and was twice named the Aurora University Female Athlete of the Year (2012, 2013). She was named First-Team All-Conference four times and First-Team All-Region three times. She also worked in the Aurora University sports information office for four years.
