Printable 2014-15 Non-Conference Schedule

DAYTON, Ohio - University of Dayton women's basketball head coach Jim Jabir has released the Flyers' 2014-15 non-conference schedule, a slate that includes one exhibition and five regular-season home games during the months of November and December.

Dayton, who is coming off its fifth-consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance, will square off against at least eight teams that advanced to either the NCAA or WNIT post-season tournaments during its non-conference schedule including NCAA Second Round participants Iowa and Purdue.

The Flyers will host an exhibition game against Eckerd College on Friday, Nov. 7 to get back into the swing of things before opening the regular season on the road at Washington State on Nov. 14. UD's first regular season home contest will be a Nov. 26 tilt against Providence to get your Thanksgiving holiday off to a great start.

Also included on the home portion of the non-conference schedule are games against Purdue (Dec. 7), Toledo (Dec. 10), Central Michigan (Dec. 13) and Green Bay (Dec. 28).

Following its game at Washington State to open the regular season, Dayton will also play road games at Gonzaga (Nov. 16), against Iowa and another team to be determined at the Hawkeye Challenge (Nov. 21-22), at Wright State (Dec. 3), at Vanderbilt (Dec. 21) and at Central Michigan (Dec. 31).

UD posted a record of 23-8 during the 2013-14 season, marking the seventh-consecutive year Dayton women's basketball has had 20+ wins. With their 14-2 Atlantic 10 Conference record, the Flyers repeated as the A-10 Regular Season Champions in 2014. The team also won the regular season title in 2013 and the A-10 Tournament Championship in 2012.

The Flyers have been ranked or receiving votes in at least one major poll (AP Top 25 or USA Today Coaches') for 38 consecutive weeks. Undefeated at home the past two seasons, Dayton's 26 straight home victories is the second-longest streak in the nation and the Flyers went 12-0 at UD Arena during the 2013-14 season. For the third-consecutive season, Dayton led the Atlantic 10 in home attendance. The Flyers lost just one player to graduation, Cassie Sant.
