DAYTON, Ohio – Eleanna Christinaki, a 5-foot-10 forward on the Greece U20 National Team, signed her National Letter of Intent today to play for the University of Dayton women's basketball team next season. 

She scored a career-high 30 points in the - U16 European Championship Women Division C in 2011 for the Greece U16 National Team in a season in which she averaged 19.5 ppg and 9.3 rpg.

Christinaki moved up to the Division A U16 team in Greece in 2012 and averaged 6.5 ppg and 3.9 rpg. She averaged 10.0 ppg and 7.0 rpg in FIBA Europe competitions for the Division A U18 Greece National Team and also spent some time playing with the U20 Greece National Team in 2013.

"Eleanna is a great player who brings a wealth of international experience to our team," said UD Head Coach Jim Jabir. "She will be a great addition to our perimeter and we are thrilled to have her joining our program."
