DAYTON -- The University of Dayton football team will host a free youth clinic that will be held on Sunday.  The clinic will be held prior to UD's annual Spring Game at Welcome Stadium.  The clinic will begin at 11 a.m. ET.
 
The annual clinic is open to players from grades 1-8.  Camp participants will be able to stretch with the Dayton football players as they warm up for the annual Spring Game that follows at 1 p.m. ET
 
Registration will be held at Welcome Stadium on Sunday, so participants are advised to arrive early.  Parents can print these general medical and consent forms, complete them and bring them to Sunday's clinic.
