Biography:

At Dayton:
Elger started all 11 games for the Flyers during the 2012 season at Offensive Guard and was named Honorable Mention All-Pioneer Football League. Elger started all 11 games for the Flyers in 2011 and saw action in 10 games during the 2010 campaign. After redshirting the 2008 season, Elger saw playing time in two games for the Flyers in 2009. He is expected to start on the Flyers' offensive line.

Son of Jess and Terri Elger...Born June 13, 1989...Majoring in Manufacturing Engineering Technology...He has two brothers, Elliot and Alex...Elger was two-time First Team All-Greater Western Ohio League and a Second Team All-Southwest Ohio District selection as a senior in high school.
