Before the annual Dayton versus Xavier men’s basketball game on Saturday, University of Dayton alum Jon Gruden (Class of ’86) addressed the Flyer team.
Gruden won Super Bowl XXXVII with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and currently serves as a color commentator on ESPN Monday Night Football.
Saturday's contest against the Xavier Musketeers has been declared a "RED OUT" game. Tip-off is at 1 p.m. ET.
The Flyers are counting on the Flyer Faithful to create a Sea of Red for one of the most pivotal games of the season.
Fans attending Saturday's game will receive a free rally towel courtesy of Coca-Cola and the White Allen Auto Group.
Saturday's game will also be the 100th sellout in UD Arena history. Fans are encouraged to arrive to the Arena early to avoid long lines at the gate. Doors will open at noon and patrons are encouraged to be in the Arena by 12:30 p.m. ET.
