DAYTON, Ohio – After making his professional debut last May, former University of Dayton Flyer Craig Stammen is now expected to make the Washington Nationals’ Opening Day roster in one week’s time.
Stammen, a product of head coach Tony Vittorio and pitching coach Todd Linklater, was featured in the Sunday edition of the Washington Post by Adam Kilgore. The article chronicles his journey from college baseball to the Major Leagues.
